This picturesque public house/restaurant is in the beautiful village of Speldhurst, opposite the church and close to Tunbridge Wells.  From the outside the George & Dragon is the perfect village inn, from the black and white Tudor exterior to the warm inglenook log fires inside; the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. 

Great emphasis is placed on modern British cooking, with chefs buying from local organic farms and producers; English cheeses are a speciality. 

As a Free House, there is a large range of traditional local ales and a good wine list.  These can be enjoyed in the two cosy downstairs bars and gardens, or in the grand upstairs restaurant.

Weddings and large parties can be catered for.
