Bar One

Bar One is a well appointed house in the High Street, Sheerness.  The house has been delightfully refurbished throughout and a new restaurant has been opened on the first floor which is licensed for 60 people; it is the perfect venue for family parties and celebrations.  The ground floor has two large bars which are very popular with the locals.  It also has a 2am licence.  The domestic accommodation has a total of 9 rooms.

 

We are looking for experienced tenants who have enthusiasm and drive to enhance the trade.  We can offer a 7+7 Year Tenancy Agreement with the ingoings as follows:-

 

Deposit £5,000

Plus insurance

Plus one month's advance rent

Rent:  Year 1 £25,000pa

            Year 2 £30,000pa

            Year 3 £35,000pa
